| TS-800 is a general-purpose sizing agent suitable for sizing warp yarns of nylon and polyester filaments, elastic yarns, semi-dull yarns, and matte yarns with a fineness of 10D & 15D or higher. The product quality reaches the level of similar imported products and is used in modern high-speed water-jet and air-jet looms. After sizing, it provides a smooth surface to the warp yarns. High adhesion ensures good cohesion of the yarn bundles, reducing friction between warp yarns and metal surfaces, thus reducing warp fuzz and breakage. It also has a low tendency to lose sizing, demonstrating superior performance even on high-speed sizing weaving equipment. Under normal circumstances, no other auxiliaries need to be added. Dilute to the required concentration according to different yarn types and warp specifications, it can be prepared at room temperature. |
