Anionic Organofluorine Surfactant
Colorless or slightly yellow liquid or crystalline solid
FS-3 is a novel carboxylic acid-type anionic organic fluorine surfactant, specifically developed to replace PFOA. It has excellent surface activity and can be used as a dispersant in the aqueous polymerization of fluororubber, polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), fluororubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It can also be used industrially as a high-efficiency surfactant, dispersant, and additive. For best results, it is recommended to dissolve it completely in a hot water bath above 50°C with ammonia, and the solution pH should not be lower than 10.0.
