| TS-820 is a general-purpose sizing agent suitable for sizing warp yarns of almost all types of nylon and polyester filaments, elastic yarns, semi-dull yarns, and matte yarns. It boasts excellent product quality and is suitable for weaving on high-speed water-jet and air-jet looms. After sizing, the warp yarn surface has a glossy, smooth finish, effectively reducing friction between the warp yarn and metal surfaces, thus minimizing fuzz and breakage, and exhibiting a low tendency for sizing to drip. The product effectively suppresses static electricity, making it particularly suitable for cold and dry climates. Under normal circumstances, no other auxiliaries need to be added. Dilute to the required concentration according to different yarn types and specifications, sizing can be prepared at room temperature. |
