| TS-3900AA is suitable for sizing warp yarns of semi-dull and matte nylon filaments or elastic yarns with a diameter of 20D or higher. It is particularly effective for 20D matte nylon filaments, achieving quality comparable to imported products. The product is widely applicable to modern high-speed water-jet and air-jet looms. After sizing, it imparts excellent smoothness to the warp yarns, while its high adhesion ensures good cohesion of the yarn bundles. This reduces friction between the warp yarns and metal surfaces, thus decreasing warp fuzz and breakage. It also exhibits excellent water resistance, antistatic properties, and a low tendency for sizing to drip. It demonstrates superior performance even on high-speed sizing and weaving equipment. Under normal conditions, no other auxiliaries are required. It can be diluted to the required concentration according to different yarn types and specifications, and can do it at room temperature, making it convenient to use. |
