| TR-1 reed cleaner is suitable for cleaning stainless steel heddles and reeds, easily removing oil stains, slurry and rust. For removing oil stains and slurry from heddles, a concentration of 5-15% is generally used, with soaking time of 30-60 minutes at room temperature and 15-20 minutes at 60℃. For removing oil stains and slurry from reeds, a concentration of 3-8% is generally used, with soaking time of 20-40 minutes at room temperature and 10-20 minutes at 60℃. To remove rust from heddles and reeds, a concentration of 10-12% is generally used, with soaking time of 8-10 hours at room temperature. |
