I: Product Features

1．The product is inodorous, non-toxic, insoluble in water, noncombustible, non-organic solvents, harmless to the human body and belongs to environmentally friendly product.

2.Glue delicate, Viscosity moderate, BOPP film Color printing papers agglutinated by the product have a characteristic of adhesion firmly,  great peel strength, high-gloss, dry faster, better durability and has a water-resistant.

3．The composite made of this product owning excellent brightness, pictorial realism, no color change trend, no white cloud points, string along with color and does not destroy the image ink.

III: Use Instruction

1.Clean scroll roll and adhesive groove

2. Dump the product to the groove, actuate rubber roll to keep it rotating after rubber coating uniform then can be used

3. One hour after film mulching, product could be cut, three hours later pressing line is manipulable

4. Machine speed, pressure and the coated adhesive quantity could directly influence the quality of adhesion product. Users need operate flexibly according to the difference of composite products types

5. Applicable to paper printed matter and BOPP, PET, PVC and other film cold attaching, and composite of fewer powder printed matter.

IV: Attentions

1.Films must be corona qualified, 38 dyne because of good Corona value

2. Adhesive paper printing ink must dry, if paper is moist with high moisture that will impact binding force after adhesion. If the printing ink wasn’t dry containing kerosene, white spirit, and other organic solvents, which could make BOPP film swelling and foaming resulting in composite materials scrapped, but the said phenomena doesn’t attribute to quality issue.

3. Talcum powder or other ashes sprayed over some printed matter to prevent printing ink adhesions, must be erased clean before flooding coat, or there will be powder point of talcum powder and other ashes which could influence the appearance and effect of adhesion product

1. It is forbidden to mix use with products of other company, if any quality issue our Company assumes no responsibility.

2. After the composite products to avoid long-term low-temperature storage As far as possible, to avoid exposed to moisture.

3. Before the composite of the product with higher difficulty, customers should do some sample product for testing, any quality issue, please contact our company betimes to avoid unnecessary loss, if directly mass produce without testing our company will not bear any responsibility

4. This product storage temperature is 5 ~ 35 ℃, pay attention to antifreeze, to avoid exposure, the shelf life is six months.
