I: Characteristics

Capable to completely dissolve lithographic printing injection powder, improve smoothness of printing surface.

Used in printing matter BOPP film channel dry lamination, more applicable to high speed composite

Be able to directly press variety of printed surface, could resolved shear on line　

II: Technique Specifications

Main constitute: Polyacrylate Copolymers

PH value: 7.0 ± 1

Solid-containing content: 50±1%

Viscosity (NDJ-1 type, 2# rotor, 60 turns, < 500 centipoises )

III: Product Features

1. The product of inodorous, non-toxic and soluble in water and belongs to environmentally friendly product.

2. Outstanding flexibility, leveling and the adhesion.

3．Applicable to copperplate paper, card paper or other products which need pressing line and pique, if the composite gold plate or silver board needed it is suggested to use product TF-6050 of our company.

IV : Use Method(The initial use of our products needs the guide of the company's technicians)

1. Heat filming machine hot roller to 50℃-90℃.

2. Dump laminating adhesive into the adhesive groove then actuate adhesive roll. After modulating roll rubber coating adhesive uniform, can perform film mulching. Don’t need to join any solvent to prepare it

3. If composite white board, after BOPP film with rubber coating coming out from baking channel,its glue solution must be completely drying , it is suitable to make sure the glue solution can not be squeezed out from the two sides of the film after through pressure thermal roll .

4. The cutting of film covered products could be implemented 2 hours later, after 24 hours its peeling strength arrives at highest value.

5.The machine run speed , temperature of baking channel and hot roller , as well as coated adhesive quantity should flexibly predominated according to the difference of equipment types ,compound product types along with actual situations.

V: Attentions

1. All the films must be corona qualified, 38 dyne because of good corona value.

2. Do not mix use with other type of adhesives 

3. Because of the low environmental temperature in winter, should avoid long term low-temperature storage before drying.

4. When machine shutdown, clean the rubber coating roll in time with water.

5. If composite products of the below situation or after processing, it is necessary to do trial run for confirmation then mass production.

a. embossing b. Pique  c. Paperhanging d. Rough paper  e. Printed surface with thicker ink or mass dry oil

6. Environmental storage temperature of glue water must above 4℃.
